Recycled Polyester & Polyamide: rec. PES, rec.PA
Polyester and polyamide are made from crude oil and are among the most commonly produced synthetic chemical fibers. In the recycling process fibers from textiles can be remelted and are spun into new fibers. More often, however, raw materials from the textile industry, PET bottles or fishing nets are used as raw materials. By chemical production, the fiber properties are modifiable.
